Hach cerca un Field Service Technician per organizzare e fornire supporto tecnico presso i clienti. Previsti spostamenti quotidiani nel Nord‑Ovest d'Italia, con viaggi occasionali in tutto il Paese. Contratto a tempo indeterminato e RAL tra 37.000 e 42.000 euro, pagata in 14 mensilità, commisurata all’esperienza.

Il ruolo prevede formazione continua, opportunità di sviluppo internazionale e un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo in un gruppo globale.

• Buona padronanza dell’inglese per supportare clienti internazionali.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente sul territorio nazionale.
• Spiccata capacità di risoluzione problemi e focus sul cliente.

Mansioni

• Organizzare ed eseguire attività di supporto tecnico presso i siti dei clienti.
• Avvio e messa in servizio di strumentazione installata presso i clienti.
• Manutenzione preventiva/correttiva e assistenza tecnica sul campo.
• Viaggi giornalieri nell’area assegnata, con spostamenti occasionali in tutta Italia.

Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato, con livello di inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato.

Requisiti:

La posizione è offerta nell’ambito del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro italiano per il settore del Commercio (CCNL Commercio), con una Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) compresa tra 37.000 € e 42 .000 €, corrisposta in 14 mensilità e composta da una parte fissa e una parte variabile. Il pacchetto retributivo finale sarà determinato in base all’esperienza professionale del /la candidato/a, alle competenze acquisite e al livello di autonomia dimostrato, garantendo la coerenza con il ruolo e con i principi di equità interna dell’azienda.

The Role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will be responsible for organizing and performing technical support activities at customer sites.

• Commissioning and start-up of instrumentation installed at customer sites
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and field service activities
• Supporting customers through technical troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Daily travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel across Italy when required
• We offer a permanent contract, with compensation and job level aligned to the candidate’s experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree, preferably in a technical, engineering, chemical, or scientific field
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, installation, or field service activities
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Good command of the English language
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driving license

Area of Responsibility

The position covers North-West Italy, with a particular focus on the provinces of Turin, Cuneo, and Alessandria, and requires availability for travel throughout Italy when needed. This is a field-based position covering the assigned geographic area. The successful candidate will travel directly from their home to customer sites on an almost daily basis and will spend the majority of their working time on-site with customers. Occasional overnight travel may be required to support customer needs across the territory. The Company provides full reimbursement of approved business travel and accommodation expenses in line with its travel policy.

The position is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from € 37,000 to € 42,000, paid over 14 monthly installments and consisting of both fixed and variable components.

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, skills, and level of autonomy, ensuring alignment with the role and the company’s internal equity principle.
