Field Service Specialist – $85k - $100k / annually

What's in it for you?

• 85k - $100k D.O.E.
• 1st shift - 35 hr. work week (+OT on occasion)
• Non-exempt salaried position - OT is paid at time and one half.

What will you be doing?

• Servicing automated inspection equipment used in semiconductor and PCB manufacturing.
• Regular preventative maintenance of inspection machinesat client locations.
• Warranty repairs at client locations.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
• May provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customers and / or respond to emergency customer situations.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor / PCB manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of automated inspection equipment used in manufacturing of semiconductors / PCBs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Mechanical / electrical aptitude.
• Great customer service acumen.
