Description
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of High Voltage Products at customer sites in Italy and internationally. The candidate must adhere strictly to Hitachi Energy's health, safety, and environmental standards to deliver quality work on time, meeting customer expectations.
How you'll make an impact
* Apply safety rules, safe practices, and environmental responsibilities. Report unsafe practices and incidents. Embody core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
* Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance tasks independently. Identify technical issues and analyze them through remote or on-site activities, including site acceptance testing and oil treatment.
* Enhance customer satisfaction by executing work according to customer requirements. Maintain good relationships with customers. Ensure all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for activities.
* Prepare all necessary documentation and reports for customer signatures. Report work progress promptly and follow up as needed.
* Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Provide operational and customer service improvement suggestions to management.

Your Background
* Technical diploma and/or degree.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Experience in a similar High Voltage Products role is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians.
* Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel mainly worldwide (90-100%).
