As our new Field Service Lead, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of a team of Field Service Engineers. You will oversee the development of the team and ensure their goals are met. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and professional execution of field service activities, managing customer expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will also perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, customer training, and support for Marel machinery at customer facilities. This includes preparing for installations, aftercare of new installations, and maintaining close contact with customers to report progress.
