Are you proud of what you did today? Our Field Service Leads are.

As our new Field Service Lead, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of a team of Field Service Engineers. You will oversee the development of the team and ensure their goals are met. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and professional execution of field service activities, managing customer expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will also perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, customer training, and support for Marel machinery at customer facilities. This includes preparing for installations, aftercare of new installations, and maintaining close contact with customers to report progress.

Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Monitoring schedules and work assignments for the team.
  2. Reviewing team performance and conducting performance reviews and training.
  3. Participating in investigations of accidents and injuries.
  4. Recommending personnel actions such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
  5. Maintaining operational and personnel records and recommending improvements.
  6. Arranging safety, repair, and maintenance training for workers.
  7. Representing management during customer visits and interactions.
  8. Collaborating with the Field Service Manager to optimize operations.
  9. Participating in field service activities based on demand.
