Job Purpose:

The FSE is responsible for performing service activities in the field (pre-installation/tender site inspections, installations, maintenance, FSCAs) in accordance with customer requirements and the QRC process. The candidate must be based in Napoli and will primarily manage the work area covering Campania, Puglia, Molise, Calabria, and Basilicata.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Service activities (average time: 85%):

  • Perform field service activities at customer sites such as maintenance, installation, FSCA, and site inspection according to QRC and customer requirements/SLA.
  • Provide proper documentation to customers after each activity.
  • Report complaints promptly and support the follow-up process.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and reordering to ensure adequate stock based on product and customer needs.
  • Maintain valid certifications for assigned products.
  • Ensure proper management of instruments and tools, following company rules and calibration plans.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives in the field.
  • Provide after-sales support and training to customers as needed.

Customer contacts management (average time: 15%):

  • Contact customers after dispatching from the front office to:
  • - Clarify technical issues.
  • - Schedule visits.
