Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of High Voltage Products at customer sites in Italy and internationally. The candidate will operate in strict adherence to Hitachi Energy's health, safety & environment standards, aiming to deliver projects on time and with quality that meet customer expectations.

How you’ll make an impact

• Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities; report unsafe practices and incidents. Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance independently; identify technical issues and analyze problems through remote or on-site activities, including site acceptance testing and oil treatment.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing work according to customer specifications; maintain good customer relationships; ensure availability and quality of materials, parts, and equipment for activities.
• Prepare documentation and reports for customer signatures; report work progress promptly and follow up as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide operational and customer service improvements to management.

Your Background

• Technical diploma and/or degree.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Experience in a similar role within the High Voltage Products field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to travel mainly worldwide (90-100%).
