TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a key member you will be responsible for providing support to our customers mainly in the NorthEast of Italy. This role is ideal for those with an adventurous spirit as there will be lots of travel mainly domestic across Italy and occasional trips abroad.

You will receive all the necessary training at our training center in Germany as well as practical experience in the field with the support of your experienced colleagues.

• Installation commissioning maintenance optimization and repair of sensorbased sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.
• Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
• Optimizing of the sorting systems / process by sampling and testing.
• Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products solutions and services.
• Acting as a link between our customers and Head Quarters collecting and providing feedback from the market so that we can continuously look for new opportunities for our customers.

Qualifications :

• Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher with a specialization in electrician / electronics automatics industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Reside in Padova or within approximately 100 km radius of Padovaarea.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more in Europe.
• Work experiencein an industrial environmentwith a focus on onsite preventive and curative maintenance would be a big plus.
• Indepth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in computer programsPC configuration network structures.
• A certain talent for communication when dealing with people in our case these are customers.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Full clean driving license required.
• Knowledge of recycling processes is a plus.
