We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna, who will conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Communicates effectively, listens honestly, and creates empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers, including occasional weekend and overnight support.
• Escalate complex issues to higher levels of technical support.
• Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred or a Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.
• Open to travel within Emilia Romagna; driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
