Field Service Engineer & Commissioner

Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A. is seeking a Field Service Engineer & Commissioner to strengthen the team of the Biomethane Business Unit at the Trissino (VI) plant.

Main responsibilities:

1. Managing supervision of internal testing with functional and qualitative verification of the outgoing plant and activities for commissioning upgrading, liquefaction, and Biometano injection plants.
2. Collaborating with Project Managers and Final Customers to ensure safe and compliant execution of activities.
3. Training the Final Customer during commissioning activities.
4. Managing extraordinary interventions with remote support if necessary.
5. Performing scheduled routine maintenance activities.
6. Collecting field feedback: non-conformities, improvement suggestions, customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 6-10 years in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of English (B1-B2).
• Skills in electrical instrumentation.
• Ability to read P&ID diagrams, electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of basic PLC logic.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and Europe.
• Problem-solving skills, stress resistance, attention to detail.
