Position Overview

This role involves customer relationship management through technical expertise in installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining imaging systems (CT-MRI) at customer sites. The position aims to generate service revenue within an assigned geographical area, primarily in Lombardia, North-West Italy.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Build credibility and trust with customers through proactive visits.
  2. Provide timely and regular communication to customers and internal stakeholders regarding issues.
  3. Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, following escalation procedures.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, meeting commitments, and understanding the customer's business environment.
  5. Manage company assets according to Philips guidelines, including labor, parts, tools, and vehicles.
  6. Qualify and perform work in at least one modality, with potential to expand to multiple modalities. Keep updated with industry trends and training.
  7. Resolve equipment and customer issues independently.
Candidate Profile
  • BA Degree, high school diploma, vocational certification in electronics or biomedical equipment servicing, or equivalent experience, preferably in Health Tech.
  • Experience in technical service, ideally in biomedical segment.
  • Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and networking for equipment installation and repair, including use of testing tools.
  • Strong organizational and self-discipline skills; ability to work independently.
  • Effective team collaboration skills to achieve goals.
  • Adaptability to changing environments in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both oral and written.
Work Environment

Field roles are primarily outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations. In-person activities are expected at least 3 days a week.
