Un'importante azienda nel settore della tecnologia cerca un Field Service Engineer per Cinisello Balsamo. Il candidato ideale avrà un diploma tecnico, esperienza in troubleshooting e buona conoscenza dell'inglese. Sarà responsabile dell'installazione e manutenzione di attrezzature, con frequenti viaggi in Italia e all'estero.

Competenze

• Diploma Tecnico richiesto, specializzazione in Meccatronica preferita.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (minimo B2).
• Esperienza nella documentazione tecnica è un plus.

Mansioni

• Stabilire e mantenere relazioni commerciali adeguate con i clienti.
• Supervisionare e coordinare l'installazione di linee o macchinari.
• Identificare e partecipare a opportunità di vendita.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers.
• Basic troubleshooting installation maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Perform the function of supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary
• Carry out the activity of coordinator during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary
• Maintenance and care of supplied tools test equipment and ensuring that they are properly calibrated.
• Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts new contracts contract renewals and system sales.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization is preferable)
• Willingness to travel to Italy ( abroad for 200 days / year from Monday to Friday) for the most part in Italy but also some travel abroad.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well (once a month variably)
• Very good written and spoken English (B2 min)
• Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and served processes / applications is a plus
• Proactivity and flexibility
