As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your career as a highly qualified expert in the field of laser alignment, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance. Your main tasks will include onsite services, data collection, remote analysis, installations, and providing a wide range of practical and theoretical training for clients.

Responsibilities

1. Perform onsite services such as laser alignment, vibration measurements, static and dynamic balancing, geometrical measurements, Paralign roll alignment, and installation of Condition Monitoring systems.
2. Prepare reports and necessary documentation.
3. Provide high-level technical support to both customers and colleagues.
4. Complete FRS equipment installations at customer sites when required.
5. Conduct remote analysis and prepare technical reports.
6. Drive team engagement and serve as a role model in delivering service excellence.
7. Organize and participate in demonstration sessions, both face-to-face and via Teams.
8. Provide practical and theoretical product training for customers covering hardware (HW) and software (SW).
9. Support sustainable business practices by representing the company professionally, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying further customer needs.

Requirements

1. University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanical, Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Strong capabilities in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and reliability; Mobius Level II qualifications preferred.
3. Experience in alignment and balancing principles.
4. Knowledge of industrial equipment such as electrical and mechanical plants, electric motors, pumps, turbines, and machine servicing.
5. Full driving license.
6. High level of flexibility and availability for work away from home.
7. Self-reliance, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and good work organization.
