A leading company in vacuum technology is seeking an Electronic/Electrical Expert to provide on-site installations and maintenance for sophisticated products. The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor equipment and a strong customer service orientation, ready to work in a cleanroom environment and support customers effectively.

Competenze

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of microelectronics cleanroom environment is a plus.
• English and Italian language skills required.

Mansioni

• Install Pfeiffer Vacuum products at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance operations and provide technical support.
• Create service and troubleshooting reports.

Your role

• Pfeiffer Vacuum products Installations at our customer site
• Perform maintenance operations to meet customer‘s requirements
• Manage installation and installed base
• Create service report and troubleshooting report
• Reporting and problem solving
• Provide on-site efficient service and technical support to customers.
• Tool operation and primary troubleshooting training to customer.
• Build-up good relationship with customer.
• Deliver regular preventive maintenance and trouble shooting at customer site.
• Support demonstration project on site check and applications recommendation
• Respect the customers’s EHS guidelines
  
  

Your background

• Electronic/Electrical Expert
• Would knowledge of the microelectronics cleanroom environment or equivalent.
• Ideally, you have initial experience and enjoy working in customer service on technically sophisticated products
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance would be ideal
• Hands-on mentality and manual dexterity
• English and Italian language skills are required
• Independent and careful working style, initiative and willingness to learn are among your strengths
• Strong communication skills, customer-orientation and an impeccable appearance round off your qualification profile
• Ready to work in a clean room environment
• Willing to work on-call our of standard working hours or weekends as needed
