Your responsibilities in business development for your designated area include:
- Proactively scheduling meetings with restaurant owners or managers after selecting in-scope restaurants based on marketing recommendations. Your daily tasks will include cold calls, walk-in visits, and pre-organized meetings to present TheFork products and services.
- Proposing and selling the full range of TheFork products and services, including promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets on restaurant websites, training, and marketing solutions, tailored to each restaurant's needs.
- Explaining the features and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and integrating restaurants into TheFork network. Following up on activities with engaged clients until deals are closed and restaurants are successfully listed online.
Who you are:
- A self-starter, results-oriented individual who enjoys reaching and exceeding targets.
- A dynamic professional accustomed to working independently in fast-paced environments with excellent organizational skills.
- An eager learner, enthusiastic about growth and development.
- A foodie with interest in digital, tech products, and the restaurant sector.
- A customer-focused person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills, capable of convincing and engaging others.
- An experienced business developer, preferably in B2B and hospitality sectors, comfortable with short-term negotiations.
- Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
