As a Business Development Representative for your designated area, your responsibilities include:

  1. Proactively scheduling meetings with restaurant owners or managers after selecting in-scope restaurants based on marketing recommendations. Your daily activities will include cold calls, walk-in visits, and pre-arranged meetings to present TheFork products and services.
  2. Proposing and selling the full range of TheFork products and services, including promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets for restaurant websites, training, and marketing solutions, tailored to each restaurant’s needs.
  3. Explaining the opportunities, features, and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and integrating restaurants into TheFork network. Following up with clients until deals are closed and restaurants are successfully published online.

  • A foodie with an interest in digital, tech products, and the restaurant sector.
  • A customer-focused professional with strong commercial influence and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in business development, preferably in B2B and hospitality sectors, comfortable managing short-term negotiations.
  • Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
