Descrizione del lavoro

About the Role

The Field Sales will be responsible for sales area relations with existing customers as well as following the development of new customers. The territory of coverage will be Central and South Italy, based out of the Campania area (Naples–Salerno - Caserta).

Performance Materials business manages building materials, paints and varnishes in the industrial sector, cement mortars and adhesives for the building sector, and additives for the plastic and rubber sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve commercial results in terms of turnover.
  • Maintain constant communication with the customer service department (CSR).
  • Seek new customers and manage active customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with product managers to expand their knowledge of the market and the products used by customers, including quantities, prices, and competition.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Knowledge of specific industrial markets and raw materials.
  • Technical/commercial experience in the distribution of industrial and specialty chemicals (especially paints, varnishes, and building materials in the industrial sector).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Level (B2-C1).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong orientation towards achieving results.
  • Operational autonomy, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to work by priority.
  • Strong motivation, willingness to get involved, curiosity, enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and ability to work in both a local and international context.
