The Role

As Regional Field Manager, you’ll play a crucial part in driving availability, visibility, and activation of the Monster Energy portfolio across your region. You'll lead a team of Territory Development Managers (TDMs), forging strong partnerships with our bottlers and retail trade to supercharge sales and brand presence. Expect to hit the road often – national travel and overnight stays are all part of the adventure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of TDMs to exceed field targets
  • Work closely with Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) Field Sales Teams to maximise collaboration
  • Boost retail availability and activation of Monster products
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive performance
  • Support bottler HQ engagement and contribute to field meeting content

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience leading and developing field teams
  • FMCG field management experience essential
  • Deep knowledge of the Italian retail and trade landscape
  • Experience with distribution partner systems
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English skills
  • Driving licence required
