Descrizione del lavoro

The Field Sales Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, Europe, India & S.E Asia, will be responsible for managing key accounts in Italy.

Objective of the role

This position, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, will manage key accounts in Italy. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of power supply specifications and technologies, with emphasis on solution cost and familiarity with power electronic components and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenue growth in Italy: define and implement strategies for fast growth.
  2. Understand the Italian market, defining SAM / SoM by major market segments and key focus accounts.
  3. Regularly meet with key accounts and join visits with other team members when needed.
  4. Drive assigned FAE resources in coordination with the European Engineering Manager to maximize design wins and revenue growth.
  5. Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach, understanding the competition.
  6. Leverage distribution channels to maximize the number of design opportunities and wins.
  7. Write and present presentations to customers and PI Management.
  8. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for the territory and key accounts.
  9. This is a customer-facing role; regular travel is required.
Essential Requirements
  • BSc in Electronics Engineering or a similar engineering discipline, or a BS in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role in the electronics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
  • European Driving License.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
