? The Role

As Regional Field Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the availability, visibility, and activation of the Monster Energy portfolio across your region. You will lead a team of Territory Development Managers (TDMs), establishing strong partnerships with our bottlers and retail trade to boost sales and brand presence. Expect frequent travel within the region and overnight stays as part of the role.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of TDMs to surpass field targets
  • Collaborate closely with Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) Field Sales Teams to enhance cooperation
  • Increase retail availability and activation of Monster products
  • Develop and implement region-specific strategies to improve performance
  • Support engagement with bottler HQ and contribute to field meeting content

? What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in leading and developing field teams
  • Essential FMCG field management experience
  • Deep understanding of the Italian retail and trade landscape
  • Experience with distribution partner systems
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English skills
  • Valid driving licence
