Our client has created smart scoring boards and AI-powered player analysis systems designed to enhance the padel experience. These solutions help players and clubs with real-time performance tracking, automated match scoring, and professional-grade video analysis — all in an affordable, accessible package.

With the growth of padel across Europe, we’re looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to spread the word and introduce these revolutionary products to padel courts across the region.

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be more than just a sales person — you’ll be a key ambassador for the future of padel. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clubs and players, demonstrating how our client’s technology can transform their game. Your focus will be on connecting with the padel community, showcasing the technology, and building long-term relationships rather than hardcore selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit padel clubs and courts in your assigned region.
  • Provide live demonstrations of our client’s Smart Scoring Board and AI Camera Player Analysis system.
  • Engage with club managers, coaches, and owners to show how the technology improves the padel experience.
  • Customize product proposals to meet each club’s needs and assist in closing deals.
  • Gather feedback to help improve the product and user experience.
  • Represent the brand with passion, energy, and professionalism, emphasizing how the technology benefits the sport and players.

What You Offer:

  • A passion for padel or racket sports (this is key!).
  • Experience in sales or field sales is a plus (1-2 years preferred), but candidates with at least 6 months of sales experience or relevant education in sports are also considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships quickly.
  • A self-motivated and independent mindset.
  • Tech-savvy attitude — comfortable discussing AI and new technology.
  • Driver’s license and a car — required for traveling to clubs.
  • Knowledge of your local region or city is a plus.
  • Having a network within the local padel community is a bonus!
