Viva Wallet is an entirely cloud-based neobank offering merchants in 23 countries payment services that change the way they pay and get paid. Viva Wallet operates branches in 23 European countries.

As a member of the Client Acquisition Team, you will provide first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned with customer needs, acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

Responsibilities:
  • Make positive and compelling presentations of products/services, driven by your understanding of the market and product features/advantages for prospects.
  • Close sales by promoting group products/services.
  • Schedule and deliver installation of card terminals at client premises.
  • Update customer data and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on contact center appointment quality.
  • Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results.
  • Undertake relevant training and refreshers as needed.
  • Promote team spirit and learn from colleagues.
  • Maintain a positive market presence and image of Viva Wallet's offers.
  • Serve as a first contact point between clients and internal departments.
  • Retain customers and prevent migration to competitors.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of digital and e-commerce sales experience, with a track record in acquiring e-commerce and online merchants.
  • Deep understanding of retail, hospitality, freelancers, and card terminal users.
  • Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability.
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills.
  • Resilience and ability to handle objections.
  • Motivation to succeed personally and financially.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
Desirable:
  • Previous sales experience in Payment Services or Card Terminals industry.
  • Ability to understand, demonstrate, and communicate web-based software products.
  • Ability to deal with a diverse client base.
