Role Overview: We seek a natural connector to grow our presence in Bologna. You will build relationships with retail partners, scout new locations, and promote our brand through local events and store support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and establish partnerships with pet shops and stores in your region.
  2. Convince store owners of the benefits of our products.
  3. Set up displays, run tastings, and promote local campaigns.
  4. Train store staff about our products.
  5. Provide local market insights and feedback.
  6. Organize and participate in local events.
  7. Represent Edgard & Cooper in the community.
  8. Report on activities and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in field sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for connecting with people.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Tech-savvy, especially with MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and proximity to Bologna.

Additional Info: Candidates must have the right to work in Italy; visa sponsorship is not available. Fluency in English is required for internal communication.
