Field Projects Site Operations Specialist - HSE Supervisor

RINA is recruiting a Field Projects Site Operations Specialist - HSE Supervisor for its office in AUGUSTA (Siracusa), within the Energy Project Solutions Division.

Mission

The Senior Site Operations Specialist holds a leadership role responsible for overseeing project execution, maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Efficient Execution of Activities: Oversee activities to meet project goals, ensure proper non-conformity detection, and assist in scope of work development.
2. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to OHSES policies, QMS, and safety regulations.
3. Safety and Environmental Programs: Advise on safety measures, participate in environmental and safety programs aligned with ISO standards.
4. Communication and Issue Resolution: Effectively communicate issues, assist in resolution, and report accidents promptly.
5. Job Scheduling and Performance Oversight: Maintain communication with site managers regarding schedules and performance issues.
6. Scope Changes and Equipment Management: Identify scope changes, communicate them, and collaborate on equipment issues.
7. Leadership and Decision Support: Provide leadership, insights, and recommendations for operational improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Extensive construction management experience, especially in leadership roles
• Proven success in managing complex projects
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
• Safety management certification and familiarity with OSHA standards
