The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in making Red Bull #1 in their region by building the local face of Red Bull through community engagement, innovative marketing initiatives, and team leadership. The role involves being actively 'in the field', recruiting and managing Student Marketeers, and executing tailored marketing strategies across various channels including digital and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Direction: Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with global strategies, focusing on consumer trial, relevance, and brand image.
• Local Pride & Events: Create and support events and scenes that resonate locally, identifying local heroes and maintaining premium brand appearance.
