Our Gas Power business develops efficient natural gas technologies and decarbonization solutions to support a lower carbon future. As part of the Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, ensuring reliable and affordable energy worldwide.
Role Overview
Participants will be enrolled in FieldCore’s Field Engineering Program (FEP), gaining technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills through in-person and online training, along with mentorship from experienced Technical Field Advisors.
Upon successful completion, you will qualify for a Technical Field Advisor role focused on Steam Turbines, involving site activity management, technical decision-making, and hands-on maintenance work.

Skills for Success
Fluency in English, strong technical competence, ownership, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are essential. Formal engineering education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is preferred but experience and achievements are highly valued.
