What's the role?

We are looking for a talented Field Engineer eager to start a rewarding career in an international company.

What does the role involve?

As a Field Engineer, you will collaborate with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to promote products such as anchors, fixings, installation systems, direct fastening, firestop, and fire protection systems.

Your responsibilities include educating key stakeholders on construction projects about the proper use, benefits, and value of Hilti products, and securing their specifications in project designs.

You will relay product specifications from design teams to sales teams, assisting account managers in converting these into sales. This involves visiting job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support, and adding value through Hilti products.

What you need is:

• Master's Degree in Building or Civil Engineering; familiarity with BIM is a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Goal-oriented and project-focused
• Determination, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude
