Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Customer Engagement Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Milano, to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and drive disease education in a compliant, cross-functional team.

You will build trusted relationships, identify insights, and support activation of education programs in collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales. Fluency in English and a scientific background are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (field, marketing or related roles).
• Fluency in English. Master in pharma marketing is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with national and regional healthcare professionals, including KOLs, to deliver high-value interactions.
• Develop engagement plans and contribute to segmentation and targeting activities.
• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on clinical practice and treatment patterns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to ensure coordinated field execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement quality and strategic customer insights.
