Competenze

Field Commissioning Engineer is part of Sensitive Qualification & Technical Supoport Team, and includes mechanic, automation and process skills. The job is mostly taking place on site. Main function is the execution onsite of installation/start up/commissioning/ of prototype and pre-series Filler equipment manufactured in Sidel production plants. The expert is also scheduled to validate internally and externally the introduction of modifications and variants and new products in the portfolio. Main target for this profile will be the competences increase on all the Blower and SSC equipments, trade equipments and in the same time to grow the local resources to the expected level of expertise.

Your Mission

• Installation, start up, commissioning, test on L3/L4 Filler equipment
• Technical assistance onsite during and after warranty period for L3/L4 Filler equipment Qualification Program
• Intervention on site in case of technical issues that require a specific RCA & troubleshooting
• Intervention on site on standard projects and services, in case of low request for L3 and L4 projects
• Improve personal competences on complete combi, trade associated equipment and line equipment
• Support in the workshop for internal qualification of prototypes (run-off, assembly, test)
• Support onsite for external qualification of product modifications and variants
• Responsible of equipment performances at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications
• Handling, checking and transferring properly equipment NC to Technical Support teams and Engineering
• Technical reporting activity executed clearly, precisely, completely and ontime
• Support the training of subcontractors FSE, when scheduled on L3/L4 projects

Your Profile

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Professional Qualification & Experience:

• 5 years at least on field or service experience onsite
• knowledge of beverage technology: combi/stand alone technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
