Field Clinical Specialist Graduate New Cardio - Italy (Milan)

We are currently looking for a high number of Graduates to join our New Cardio Division across multiple locations in Europe. This training program is designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment.

Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while performing in a professional work situation.

This role will be based around Milan and will require daily travel throughout the region.

Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the New Cardio or other technical divisions. The position will be starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
2. Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
3. Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting.
4. Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions.
5. Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians.
6. Educate clinicians on a product franchise.
7. Commercially promote a product franchise.
8. Contribute to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
9. Conduct oneself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.

Profile Requirements:

1. Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.
2. Be fluent in English and Italian (C1).
3. Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
5. Be computer/technically savvy.
6. Have a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting.
7. Be willing to travel across Italy or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
8. Hold a current driving license.

We will be running a recruitment process that will include a telephone interview and then if selected a virtual assessment interview.
