The CRM Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, CRM Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of CRM systems during case procedures within an assigned geography, helping to meet and exceed business goals.

Your responsibilities will include

1. Serving as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and system/software development.
2. Educating customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on CRM device usage through presentations and demonstrations across various formats and platforms.
3. Attending hospital lab cases for support and development of CRM systems and components.
4. Providing ongoing training and feedback to development teams and sales representatives regarding CRM systems, products, features, and procedures.
5. Meeting with clients to identify their clinical needs and demonstrate how products can help achieve their goals.
6. Developing relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales and identify key decision makers.
7. Responding to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions or collaborating with related personnel.

What we are looking for in you

• Recent biomedical graduates or young professionals with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in cardiology.
• Experience in international markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of the CRM market is a plus.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); additional languages are appreciated.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic marketplace.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with influencing skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, focused, and persistent.
• Willing and able to travel extensively.
• Based in Campania, preferably Naples.
