Impulse Dynamics is seeking a medical device and therapy awareness representative in Milan, Northern Italy. In this role, you will support physicians and nurses during implant procedures while closely working with the Sales Team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, good English skills, and must be organized and detail-oriented.

You will assist with in-house training, manage company inventory, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Frequent travel is required for investigational sites and meetings.

How You’ll Add Value

• Support physicians and nurses during implant procedures, follow‑ups and troubleshooting at clinical sites
• Work closely with the Sales Team and the Field Clinical Engineer organization
• Responsible for supporting all field‑based activities at clinical sites
• Assist other personnel in improving understanding of product behaviour, performance and acceptance by customers
• Communicate activities and issues at clinical sites with other company personnel
• Fulfil all administrative requirements including the collection of relevant technical data and completion of necessary documentation
• Assist the responsible Territory Managers with implementation of in‑house trainings
• Support the Sales & Marketing organisation in the implementation of customer trainings and other professional medical education events
• Support the sales process in alignment with Territory Managers
• Support the company clinical research as directed by the Medical Director
• Maintain administrative data as per company procedures
• Comply with quality and compliance standards as per company procedures
• Manage the Company inventory at home deposition

What You’re Bringing with You

• Bachelor’s degree or alternative medical training required. Master’s degree in engineering, scientific subjects or business preferred.
• Good oral and written English skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow‑up visits
• Availability for frequent and extensive travel to investigational sites, corporate offices, investigator meetings and industry meetings (national and international)
