As the Field Applications Engineer - Wireless & Connectivity at Arrow Electronics, you will drive innovation by collaborating with your team, customers, and suppliers to create, develop, and manage technology solutions.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow
  1. Creating design wins with Arrow's customers aligned with EMEA supplier & technology strategies to generate profitable, protected business.
  2. Collaborating with Engineering and Territory Managers to identify core customers.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, sales, and marketing teams.
  4. Guiding customers' inventors on realizing their ideas and products.
  5. Assisting development engineers in selecting cutting-edge electronic components, technologies, and solutions.
  6. Participating in relevant supplier training sessions.
  7. Developing optimal technical system solutions at the component level.
  8. Providing on-site technical advice and support to customers.
  9. Using advanced understanding of customer needs and technical expertise to champion return on engineering investment.
  10. Driving demand creation by maximizing Arrow's content in designs.
  11. Partnering with the sales team during pre- and post-sales activities.
  12. Offering advanced technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Action-oriented, problem-solving, customer-focused, results-driven.
  • Passionate about electronics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical role.
  • Strong background in wireless & connectivity products and services.
  • Understanding of the electronics markets in relevant countries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business fluency in Italian and English.
