Position Overview:

As the Field Applications Engineer - Wireless & Connectivity for Arrow Electronics in Milan, you will help drive innovation with your team, customers, and suppliers, enabling them to create, make, and manage their technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Create design wins at Arrow’s customers, aligned with EMEA supplier & technology strategy, to generate profitable, protected business.
2. Work with Engineering Manager and Territory Managers to define core customers.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, sales, and marketing.
4. Guide customers' inventors on realizing their ideas and products.
5. Assist development engineers in selecting leading-edge electronic components, technologies, and solutions.
6. Participate in relevant supplier training sessions.
7. Develop optimal technical system solutions at the component level.
8. Provide technical advice and on-site support to customers.
9. Utilize technical expertise to champion return on engineering investment.
10. Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
11. Collaborate with the sales team during pre- and post-sales activities.
12. Offer advanced technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.

Candidate Profile:

2. Passionate about electronics.
3. At least 4 years of experience in a technical role.
4. Strong experience in wireless & connectivity products and services.
5. Understanding of country electronics markets.
6. Good communication skills.
