Une entreprise leader dans la technologie des outils de machine recherche un Field Application Specialist pour gérer l'installation et le support technique des nouveaux produits. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une formation en ingénierie et une connaissance des machines-outils, avec un fort accent sur le service et l'assistance. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais technique est requise, ainsi qu'une disponibilité pour des missions courtes en Italie ou à l'étranger.

Competenze

• Diplômé en ingénierie électronique, d'automatisation ou équivalent.
• Connaissance des systèmes de contrôle sur machine-outil appréciée.

Mansioni

• Supporter l'installation et la mise en service de nouveaux produits.
• Assurer l'intégration client et produit tout en fournissant une assistance technique.

The figure, placed in the Machine Tools Division, will have the task of supporting and managing the installation, commissioning and testing of new products and / or special applications, providing technical assistance and specific training on site or at the customer's premises.

Acting as a bridge between the sales department and the end customer, the Field Application Specialist ensures a perfect integration between customer and product, making sure that the product is used in an optimal way and also providing technical assistance and specific training in the cases required.

The job requires constant in-depth knowledge of the company's devices placed on the market and the monitoring of the condition of machine tools, as well as the ability to provide support to both internal design departments and the company's external service network.

Profile

Graduates in electronic, automation or computer engineering or graduates in equivalent technical subjects with experience in machine tools and / or automatics will be considered positively.

The role will be mainly multidisciplinary, with a clear predominance of service and support activities over design activities.

Preferred characteristics are :

• knowledge and experience in the use and operation of machine tools (numerical controls, milling machines, lathes, grinding machines)
• knowledge of ISO programming and G-codes
• knowledge of Industry 4.0, OPC UA and Industrial IoT topics
• knowledge of the English language (preferably technical English)
• availability for short assignments in Italy or abroad

Previous experience in the support and testing of control and monitoring systems on machine tools is welcome. Good analytical skills, problem solving and proactiveness in finding alternative solutions to problems, combined with excellent teamwork skills, complete the profile.
