Identify opportunities for the products for which you are responsible and match these to the customers and applications present in your geographical region.
Provide the technical information and support to design engineers to achieve inclusion of your products on the BOM of the identified opportunities.
Update the CRM system on new opportunities and design successes.
Main Duties:
Keep informed about the customer base in your region and the Kyocera-AVX product portfolio.
Analyze customer needs and support product design.
Coordinate trials, samples, and customizations with the plants, as well as resolving issues.
Provide technical (products & applications) support to OEMs and distribution customers.
Monitor competitors for product improvement.
Train sales teams and partners on technical topics to promote Kyocera-AVX products.
Support sales and ensure design-win targets are met.
Requirements
Education: University degree in the field of engineering.
Experience: Professional experience in technical sales/marketing, preferably related to electro-mechanical components.
Language Skills: Fluent language skills in Italian and English.
Attributes: Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 75%).
