Job summary

SYSGO AG is looking for a Solutions Architect/FAE with a strong embedded systems background to support automotive, transportation, and industrial automation customers across Europe and the Middle East.

You will be the technical interface to customers and internal teams, delivering demos, trainings, and installation support. English fluency is required, and a flexible, mobile-working setup is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electrical or Software Engineering with at least 5 years in embedded systems, software development, support, test or validation.
Experience with embedded development platforms (Linux/RTOS/Hypervisor/POSIX).
Automotive, Transportation or Industrial Automation experience with intelligent devices.
Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines and executive-level stakeholders.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Solutions Architect or FAE for Automotive, Transportation, Industrial Automation customers, mainly in Europe and Middle East.
Technical interface and contact for customers and internal project teams.
Customer site technical product and solution presentation and demonstration.
Technical trainings for customers and partners including product setup and installation.
Understand customer requirements and prepare ROM and DoW documentation.
Prepare technical documentation for pre-sales, sales and marketing.
Share customer feedback to support market segment strategy and product direction.
Help prepare and participate at events like exhibitions and roadshows.
