Our client is a leading international group, headquartered in a Northern European country, specializing in the production and distribution of innovative industrial heating and cooling solutions.

Committed to sustainable practices and expansion within the Italian market, they are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Field Sales Representative to actively develop their customer base within Central Italy .

Your Mission :

  • Directly engage with potential clients through proactive field visits (including "door-to-door" activities) to identify and acquire new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with new clients in the assigned territory.
  • Present and demonstrate key product samples to potential clients (company car provided for work use and product transport).
  • Drive sales growth and achieve clearly defined sales targets in line with the company's expansion objectives in Italy.
  • Provide excellent on-the-ground support and build rapport with new customers.

  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Good English language skills are necessary for communication with the Sales Manager (the Headquarter is in Northern Europe).
