Intesa Sanpaolo in Milano is seeking a senior fixed income professional to develop and manage relationships with institutional clients across Germany/Austria and professional investors.

You will originate and execute fixed income opportunities, provide market intelligence, support new issues with DCM/Syndicate/Research, and monitor credit markets to identify opportunities. Fluent English and German are required, with 5–7 years in a similar role.

Competenze

  • 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven relationships with German/Austrian customers, RMs and banks.
  • Deep knowledge of Credits/Rates/EM markets.
  • Ability to analyse market environment and client portfolios.
  • Fluency in English and German.

What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, insurers, banks, pension funds and professional investors.
  • Originate and execute fixed income opportunities in primary and secondary markets.
  • Provide market intelligence, investment ideas and relative value opportunities.
  • Support new issues in coordination with DCM, Syndicate and Research teams.
  • Monitor credit markets, spreads, macro trends and issuer developments to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare client presentations, investment proposals, market updates and marketing materials.
  • Respond to client requests, provide pricing and support trade execution.
  • Analyze client portfolios and trading activity to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Participate in meetings, roadshows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and execution
Who we are looking for

  • 5/7 years of experience in similar role;
  • Proven and effective relationships with German/Austrian customers, RMs (including insurance and pension funds) and banks.
  • Deep knowledge and genuine interest in the Credits/Rates/EM markets.
  • Capacity to analyse market environment, RV trades, client portfolio dynamics, primary and secondary markets peculiarities;
  • Language: English and German

Preferred skills: Relationships with other Continental Europe accounts or EM players.
