Job Description

Responsibilities

• Draft specifications and technical documents related to FEED contract deliverables.
• Define WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for projects.
• Support cost estimation activities during offer definition phases.
• Assist in procurement activities during contract acquisition.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Naval, Electrical, Hydraulic Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in designing and developing projects in offshore wind energy or related sectors (renewable energy, O&G, etc.).
• Experience in preparing and developing FEED and EPC contracts.
• Knowledge of product engineering and configuration management (WBS, etc.).
• Ability to see the big picture.
• Planning skills, economic sensitivity, and result-oriented approach.
• Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and team working orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective internal and external relationships.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CAD systems.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Optional Skills

• Knowledge of international norms and best practices in offshore wind energy sector (fixed and floating structures).
• PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Basic understanding of contract structures (Fidic – yellow, red).
