The process involves starting as a First Officer, completing your type rating, flying for 6 months, and then upgrading. An attractive entry bonus is available for selected candidates.

Requirements

• EASA ATPL (A) License
• Excellent Italian language skills (minimum B2 for non-native speakers)
• English proficiency (ICAO Level 4)
• Minimum 3,000 flight hours in airline operations
• At least 3 years as a First Officer
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit
• Passport with unlimited validity
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Selection is based on Air Dolomiti standards, with recognition of Lufthansa Group processes where applicable.
