We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

1. Provide clients with a high-quality sales experience in line with the Maison's guidelines, ensuring a welcoming environment that fosters good relationships.
2. Handle client objections effectively and proactively.
3. Collaborate and interact with the staff within your area of responsibility.
4. Understand the dynamics of the luxury sector and the image standards required by the Boutique.
5. Possess a high school diploma and/or a university degree.
6. Have a strong interest and motivation to work in the fashion and luxury sector.
7. Be oriented towards collaboration and teamwork.
8. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, with an openness to develop these skills within a multicultural environment.
9. Have excellent command of Italian and English languages.
10. Be available to work full-time (40 hours weekly), including shifts that may also involve Sundays.
