Job Opportunity: Facility Technician

Adecco Divisione Permanent Recruiting Pavia, on behalf of a prestigious multinational company involved in designing, constructing, and managing complex technological infrastructures, is seeking a Facility Technician.

Location:

Pavia - Milan South

Role Overview:

Within the technical-operational team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the full operation and maintenance of all critical equipment within the data center, ensuring high standards of reliability, safety, and service continuity.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including generators, HVAC systems, and other essential components for continuous data center operation.
2. Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance, as well as technical repair and installation interventions.
3. Regularly monitor equipment status, promptly identify anomalies or malfunctions, and document any abnormal conditions.
4. Ensure all technical operations comply with company quality, safety standards, and current regulations.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical, electronic, or related fields).
• Previous experience in high-complexity technical environments (preferably data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, critical infrastructures).
• Basic knowledge of main electromechanical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation and schematics.
• Attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability for continuous shift work.
• Technical knowledge of English is a plus.
