We are seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Here are some key details:

Reporting to: Facility Manager

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing technical reports and requests from relevant sites;
2. Organizing routine and extraordinary maintenance, setting priorities, and engaging external suppliers;
3. Performing Root Cause Analysis to diagnose issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
4. Coordinating projects to improve work environments or meet business needs, and proposing continuous improvement actions;
5. Managing relationships with external providers to ensure quality of interventions and services;
6. Preparing accurate cost reports;
7. Generating reports on management results;
8. Managing technical documentation such as floor plans, conformity declarations, CPI, and grounding system checks;
9. Overseeing external contracts, monitoring service levels and compliance;
10. Creating Purchase Orders (PO) and managing receipt processes;
11. Archiving maintenance reports.

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Master’s degree in technical fields (Architecture, Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or Management Engineering) preferred;
2. Previous experience in facility management within large companies preferred;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
5. Intermediate English skills (spoken and written);
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently;
7. Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders;
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
9. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
