Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are :

Location : Our Wharehouse in Landriano (PV)

Reporting into : Facility Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

• Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites;
• Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers;
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures;
• Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions;
• Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;
• Elaborate accurate costs reporting;
• Drawing up reports on management results;
• Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.);
• Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt;
• Asset registration / de - registration
• Elaborate budget reports;
• Archive maintenance reports

The type of person we are looking for :

Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic / Energy / Civil / Management Engineering);

Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies;

Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems;

Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;

English : Intermediate, spoken and written;

Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;

Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;

Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work;

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment;
