Per importante azienda del settore hospitality, ricerca e seleziona una figura di Facility Specialist.

Principali responsabilità:

1. Coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance to ensure the efficiency of facilities;
2. Management and monitoring of external maintenance contracts, including quality, costs, and deadlines;
3. Supervising the management of contracts related to utility services;
4. Providing support in the management of incidents related to the areas of responsibility;
5. Monitoring compliance with company standards and HSE regulations through inspections;
6. Participation in the management of annual budgets, from definition to implementation.

Requisiti:

1. Knowledge of regulation .81/08;
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D (knowledge of Opera software is a plus);
4. Willingness to travel briefly to company facilities.

Excellent analytical skills, initiative, problem-solving attitude, and good communication skills are required. Dynamic and flexible profiles with adaptability to a constantly evolving environment are preferred.
