DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Facility Specialist & Safety Delegate to support the maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of our HQ and retail stores across the EU region. This role combines practical facility-related tasks with delegated responsibilities for health and safety compliance, helping to ensure that all retail environments are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.

KEY CHALLENGES

Facility Management - Retail Focus:

• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of multiple retail store locations, including lighting, HVAC and structural integrity
• Manage service providers and contractors for cleaning, repairs, renovations, and technical interventions
• Monitor facility budgets and optimize operational costs without compromising store experience
• Ensure that each store meets corporate standards in terms of appearance, accessibility, and functionality
• Implement sustainability initiatives across store locations (e.g., energy savings, waste management)

Health & Safety - Delegated Role:

• Act as the delegated Safety Officer, ensuring all stores comply with local occupational health and safety regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08 in Italy)
• Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments in collaboration with store managers
• Support the development and enforcement of safety protocols (emergency exits, fire prevention, hygiene, accident prevention)
• Maintain updated safety documentation for each location and ensure periodic compliance audits
