MISSION

Maserati is seeking a Facility Specialist to join our Real Estate Team. You will support the Real Estate Manager in overseeing all maintenance activities of our offices to meet deadlines and objectives.

We offer an agency contract (staff leasing) for this role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Conduct routine, periodic, and special inspections to determine necessary repairs and maintenance to prevent failures of facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Test, inspect, and troubleshoot facility or equipment issues.

Use drawings and work specifications to ensure work accuracy and conformance, including validation of work by contractors.

Interact professionally with customers, external suppliers, vendors, and team members to support facility initiatives and work requests.

Prioritize and activate external providers, verifying the quality of interventions and services.

Coordinate multiple projects such as moves, repairs, and maintenance effectively and on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Civil Engineering or at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).

Excellent knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD; proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Interest in sustainability and the environment.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization, with accuracy, proactivity, and reliability; team player.
