We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager and be an integral part of the Retail team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing routine and special maintenance tasks:
  • Implementing the maintenance plan for stores, overseeing work orders, repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
  • Checking the quality of maintenance works and preparing reports to ensure service levels meet standards.
  • Maintaining an archive of all maintenance documents and activities.
  • Defining a network of local suppliers to support stores promptly while adhering to corporate standards and controlling costs.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new maintenance staff, including preparation, presentation, and updates.
  • Coordinating cleaning, security, and doorman services for stores and offices, and supporting retail operations with IT and logistics partners.
  • Managing administrative activities to meet payment deadlines.
  • Supporting new store openings by sharing and updating necessary documentation, assisting with key handovers, collaborating with construction managers, and managing security systems.
  • Leading special projects as assigned by your manager, ensuring timely execution and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting office management by maintaining facilities and IT equipment.
  • Conducting periodic visits to retail locations to ensure compliance.
