Your tasks, together with a senior colleague:

1. Property management for part of DHL's building portfolio
2. Overseeing key legal deadlines, such as fire prevention certificates, coordinating necessary stakeholders for timely renewals
3. Monitoring lease expirations and working with colleagues to define the best strategy
4. Providing real estate scenarios, analysis, and construction insights to support strategic decision-making
5. Managing relationships with landlords and key real estate stakeholders (investors, municipalities, authorities, funds, etc.)
6. Assisting in preparing Business Cases (BCA) for building project approvals
7. Tracking project progress, preparing reports, updating stakeholders, and identifying risk mitigation strategies
8. Ensuring adherence to DHL's global real estate guidelines for standardized project execution
9. Cost and time monitoring to keep projects on track
10. Reporting and updating internal tools with relevant project data

Your profile:

1. Surveyor certificate of maturity (or equivalent qualification)
2. Strong interest in sustainability initiatives (e.g., photovoltaic systems, smart meters, LED lighting, EV charging stations)
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
4. Fluency in both Italian and English
5. Valid driver’s license

Preferred skills:

1. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
2. Strong communication and influencing abilities
3. Willingness to travel as needed
