Location: Tivoli, Italy

In the context of expanding the Facility department, we are seeking a candidate to join as an Auto and Office Management Assistant at our Rome office. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities:

  1. Reception and office management
  2. Management of the vehicle fleet (car check, key return/delivery)
  3. Occasional relocation of vehicles between Rome and Naples
  4. Office stationery procurement
  5. Travel arrangements
  6. Supplier management and support with shipments
  7. Small office maintenance tasks
We are looking for:
  • Diploma
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills
  • Driving license
  • Customer orientation, problem solving
  • Interpersonal and communication skills

Work location: Rome
